Privacy Policy

Symbion is a product of H Decisions, Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy covers the symbion.sh website and explains, in plain language, how the product handles your data.

The website

symbion.sh is a static site. It does not require an account and does not ask you to submit personal information. We do not use cookies or third-party trackers for analytics or advertising. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) may process standard request data and set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site available.

The product — free, local tier

Symbion runs on your machine and records your sessions to a local database that you own. On the free tier, that data is not sent to us. Prompts are stored verbatim locally, because coaching your prompts is the product. You can see exactly what was recorded for any session, and delete any of it — a session, a project, or everything — whenever you like.

The product — cloud tiers

If you connect Symbion to an organisation, a defined slice of your data is synced so the org can see team-level measurement. What is included is documented in the product at the moment you connect, and organisation-owned work is visible to that organisation.
